*Special Note for Yahoo! subscribers*
We are continually looking for ways to help ensure delivery to Yahoo! inboxes. While "White Listing" our sending address can be very effective at times, it does not always do the trick.
If you "White Listed" us and you are still not receiving our emails, the emails are being blocked from Yahoo! on a level outside of our control.
In this case, as a last resort, the most effective action to take to ensure you receive our valuable emails is to update your email address on file with us to a non-Yahoo! email address.
We suggest creating a free email account from AOL or Gmail. After you have created a new email account please be sure to update your account online or call our Customer Service department to get help updating your email address.
When that is complete, please "White List" us with your new account.
*Special Note for Gmail Priority Inbox subscribers*
To ensure that you continue to receive our paid content, please open the current issue of your newsletter and mark it as 'important' by clicking the + button in the toolbar. It will then add the 'important' icon. The more you mark our email as 'important' the faster Gmail Priority Inbox will learn to classify our mail as important.
Go to the SBC Global Mail page and click the Options link.
In the Management section, click the Filters link.
Click the Add button.
In the "From header" rule, in the field to the right of contains, enter our email address.
From the Move the message to pull-down list, choose inbox.
Click the Add Filter button to save the filter.

With this change, all e-mail will now be delivered to your inbox instead of being deleted before you see it. The word "Spam" will be added to the subject line of the e-mail that Cox.net thinks might be Spam.
You can stop this and allow the sender's e-mail to always come through by:
Forwarding the message with "spam" in the subject line to Cox at
If you are a BellSouth user, MailGuard is your spam filter. Unless you tell it to do otherwise, it will automatically delete all e-mail it identifies as spam. To whitelist a sender, change your MailGuard setting by:
