Must I have two separate accounts to access Profitable Trading from work and from home?

No. You can use your account from any computer you like as long as you do not access our site from different computers simultaneously. We have systems in place to monitor this, and we reserve the right to terminate any and all accounts that violate this policy.

Why can't I access your members-only content?

If you're a new visitor to our website...

Please note that our members-only website content is available ONLY to registered users who have signed up for one of our investing publications. To establish a new account, all you need to do is sign up for one of our various free or paid newsletters. (To view our subscription options, please click here.)

If you've already signed up for one of our newsletters... 

Please note that all of our newsletters are separate from one another. Your username/password will ONLY give you access to the members-only content associated with the particular newsletter(s) you've subscribed to.

For example, if you've ONLY subscribed to Trade of the Week, then you will only have access to Today's Top 5 Trades website content. (If you're confused about the difference between all of our publications, then please visit our subscribe page.)

How do I change my password, email address or contact information?

To change your email address or contact information, please visit our My Account page. From that page you can change any of your personal information in our database by clicking on the appropriate link in the left-hand column. You cannot, however, change your username.


Why won't my username and password work?

Please make sure that you type in your username/password EXACTLY as you entered them when you established your account with us.  If you've forgotten or are unsure of your user information, then please click here to have that information sent to you via email.

How can I recover my lost password or username?

If you forget either your password or your username, please visit our Lost Password page. There you will be asked to enter in the email address or username associated with your account. If either of these items matches the information in our database, then we will immediately send you an email with your username and password. If the information you enter does not match the information in our database, or if you continue to have trouble, please contact us so we can assist you.

How do I subscribe or unsubscribe to Profitable Trading's newsletters?

We make subscribing and unsubscribing to our publications easy.

If you wish to subscribe to any of our publications, you can do so by visiting our Subscribe page. On this page we list each of our publications and include simple links to subscribe.  

Please note that all of our publications are separate from one another. For example, if you subscribe to Trade of the Week you will receive and have access to only Trade of the Week member content.  

To unsubscribe from a paid newsletter, please contact our customer service team at (888) 271-5237 (U.S. only) or (512) 501-4002 (U.S. or international)  Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM Eastern Standard Time. You can also visit the My Account page and follow the Newsletter Preferences link. From there you will be able to discontinue your subscription.

To unsubscribe from a free newsletter, click the "unsubscribe" link located at the bottom of the issue.

Miscellaneous Questions

Will you share my email address with anyone else?

No. Your privacy is important to us. When you submit your email address to Profitable Trading, you can rest assured that we will not share or sell that information to any third party.  Although we may send you news and/or special offers from our special partners, we will only send you that information if you opt-in to receive it.
